Live Music in the Cellar: Emma Whale

  • Cellar 1851 at Arlington Hotel 106 Grand River Street North Paris, ON, N3L 2M4 Canada (map)

Described as “90’s inspired dream grunge,” Emma Whale captivates audiences with her songwriting. While her lyrics reflect her life, she’ll morph her sound to match her mood, resulting in a unique experience for every release.

Emma became a multi-instrumentalist at a young age, starting with singing, then picking up piano and guitar not long afterwards. After high school, she earned her Bachelor of Musical Arts degree from Western University, and her Music Industry Arts diploma from Fanshawe College. Emma currently works as an engineer and producer at Catherine North Studios in Hamilton.

Emma has been performing throughout the GTA for years, including appearances at the Burlington Sound of Music Festival, Sneaky Dee’s, The Casbah, and the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.
